• What payment methods do you accept?
  Cash, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer.
  We do not accept credit or debit cards.
  An ATM is available on site if needed.

• Can I leave a tip?
  Yes — tipping is highly recommended.
  Your therapist brings skill, care, and physical effort to every session, and gratuities directly support their hands-on craft.
  Tips can be given in cash, PayPal, or e-Transfer.

• Do you provide insurance receipts?
  Yes. Insurance receipts are available upon request after your session.
  * Please note that it is your responsibility to verify whether your insurance provider accepts our association: Canadian Tui Na Association.

• Are there any additional fees?
  If your session requires special customization or extended techniques, your therapist will review everything with you during on-site consultation.

• Do you accept walk-ins?
  Yes. Walk in anytime between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM, seven days a week.

• Is there parking?
  Yes. We are located inside a plaza with plenty of free parking spaces directly in front and back of the spa.
